PT Bisa Ruang Nuswantara (BIRU) was founded on the belief that every young Indonesian deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. As a social enterprise, BIRU places social purpose at the heart of our business. Our primary mission is to reduce youth unemployment in Indonesia through training programs, capacity building, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. We measure success not by the number of participants we reach, but by the real impact we create, how many of them secure employment, continue higher education, or develop sustainable entrepreneurship.
We are also committed to allocating a portion of our annual profits to social initiatives that align with our vision and mission. Through scholarships and inclusive training programs, we aim to open pathways for talented young individuals with limited financial means, helping them build a stronger foundation for their future.
