Strategic Collaboration between BIRU (Bisa Ruang Nuswantara) and Daya Talenta Global

BIRU has officially established a strategic collaboration with Daya Talenta Global to open up overseas job opportunities for BIRU alumni and Indonesian talents who aspire to build their careers in Japan through the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program, particularly in the transportation sector as truck drivers. This collaboration aims to expand global employment access for Indonesia’s young workforce, in line with BIRU’s mission to develop competent talents ready to compete on an international stage. The program is comprehensively designed, covering Japanese language training, SSW skills training, and end-to-end support throughout the recruitment and departure process.
Through this partnership, participants will be facilitated to obtain Japanese language certification at a minimum of JLPT N4 or JFT Basic A2, pass the required SSW skills test, and secure official employment contracts with companies in Japan. In addition to strengthening the global competitiveness of Indonesian workers, the program offers participants the opportunity to earn competitive salaries, gain valuable work experience in an advanced country, and build long-term career pathways. BIRU and Daya Talenta Global believe that investing in global competencies will create significant social and economic impacts for the participants’ families and communities back home.
