BIRU Participates in Courtesy Visit to Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs as Part of FIFest2025 Delegation

As part of the main agenda of the Indonesia Philanthropy Festival 2025 (FIFest2025), PT Bisa Ruang Nuswantara (BIRU) participated in a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of the Republic of Indonesia, alongside the delegation from the Indonesian Philanthropy Association (PFI). Held biennially by PFI, FIFest2025 serves as a strategic forum to strengthen networks, facilitate knowledge exchange, and foster collaboration among philanthropic actors to support national development agendas and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). During the visit, BIRU and fellow philanthropic organizations advocated for cross-sector collaboration in strengthening local economic empowerment, MSME digitalization, alternative financing models, and community-based micro-enterprise development. This visit aims to create a constructive dialogue between the government and the philanthropic community in designing strategic partnerships to enhance the role of MSMEs in promoting inclusive and sustainable economic development in Indonesia.
