Jakarta – At the NSW International Education Summit 2025, Karen Ichsan, CFO of BIRU, joined the Deep Dive Dialogue 2 session alongside Hacktiv8 CEO Juventia Vicky and President University Rector Dr. Handa S. Abidin. The panel explored key industry-relevant skills and how vocational education can close the gap between academic learning and real-world employability.
Karen shared BIRU’s strategic interventions through its Virtual Vocational School and Future Hub, two flagship programs designed to equip youth with practical skills, industry certification, and immersive technology such as VR simulation. These models not only train technical ability but also cultivate adaptability, resilience, and workplace readiness.
