Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PT Bisa Ruang Nuswantara and PT Eagle High Plantation

July 2025 – PT Bisa Ruang Nuswantara (BIRU) and PT Eagle High Plantation have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a partnership for an internship program dedicated to BIRU training alumni. This collaboration marks a concrete step by both companies in supporting the enhancement of job readiness among Indonesia’s young generation.
The signing took place on July 10, 2025, at PT Eagle High Plantation’s office in Jakarta. PT Bisa Ruang Nuswantara was represented by Mrs. Karen Ichsan, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), while PT Eagle High Plantation was represented by Mr. Bobby Derrick Andre Joris, Group Head – Human Capital & Corporate Secretary.
Through this collaboration, BIRU training alumni will have the opportunity to join internship programs across various industry sectors, including the plantation sector, as part of efforts to broaden their work experience and skills. PT Eagle High Plantation will also open employment opportunities for interns who demonstrate outstanding performance, attitude, and potential during the program.
This partnership is expected to be the beginning of a broader synergy between vocational training, industry, and the job market, and to serve as an active contribution in developing a skilled and work-ready workforce.
